Savannah duo says they want to play for UF



GAINESVILLE - Savannah (Ga.) Jenkins defensive end Chaz Sutton and running back Franklin Green told Rivals on Wednesday they both plan to commit to Florida.

Green, who is rated the 52nd best player at his position, rushed for 1,920 yards last season. Sutton, 6-foot-4 and 236 pounds, had 85 tackles and six sacks last season. rates him No. 46 nationally at stongs-side defensive end.

Sutton told Rivals he received a scholarship offer from the Florida staff after spending the week in Gainesville at Florida's camp.

Florida has two verbal commits in its 2008 class. Gainesville High defensive end Earl Okine, who finished with 87 tackles and 10 sacks last season, and Dee Finley, a safety from Auburn (Ala.). Finley is rated the second-best player at his position nationally. He finished with 50 tackles and eight interceptions last season.
