Spurrier gives his thoughts on a potential Urban Meyer-Notre Dame reunion
It seems these days, SEC coaches can't go anywhere without talking about some other SEC coach or their program.
Lane Kiffin-Urban Meyer; Urban Meyer-Auburn; Lane Kiffin and . . . . well the list is extensive.
Now add Steve Spurrier to the mix. In a radio interview with Paul Finebaum this week, Spurrier talks about the state of college football, why he doesn't talk much smack anymore, and whether he can see Meyer heading to Notre Dame sometime in the near future.
“It’d be surprising if he left, but who knows?” Spurrier said. "He's accomplished so much. I mean, I left after 12 years because I just said, ‘Hey, I’ve done enough. Try something else.’ He may get to the point where he needs to try something else. Who knows?”
