Ten former Gators invited to NFL combine
Ten former Florida football players have been invited to participate in the 2013 NFL Scoting Combine, Feb. 20-26 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
Players will be put through a series of drills, tests and interviews with more than 600 NFL personnel, including head coaches, general managers and scouts during the course of the combine.
The 10 invitees is the most since the 2010 NFL Combine and tied with Alabama for the third-most players invited from any school (LSU had 13; Georgia had 11). Overall, 333 players have been invited to participate in this year’s combine.
Of the Gators’ 10 players invited to the event, six were seniors this past season while four are early entrants who left at the end of their junior seasons.
