FSU football adds three commitments, including first of 2019 class
A week after Florida picked up its first recruit for the class of 2019, Florida State did the same.
The Seminoles claimed a non-binding oral commitment from West Pam Beach's DE Michael Morris, Warchant reported over the weekend. Morris, a freshman at Cardinal Newman, is the son of former Nole Mike Morris.
"I picked FSU because I wanted to follow my Dad's footsteps," Morris told Warchant. "But I also wanted to go there because I felt like home here."
FSU also landed oral commitments from 2017 four-star S Cyrus Fagan (Daytona Beach Mainland) and 2018 RB Charles Strong (Gainesville P.K. Yonge).
