Gators' Dominque Easley leaves school to prepare for NFL

Former Florida DT Dominique Easley has withdrawn from classes at UF and hired an agent, according to several reports.

Easley suffered a season-ending knee injury earlier this season, and has been undergoing rehab since.

According to Chase Goodbread of College Football 247, Easley has hired agent Tom Santanello.

Easley was a projected third round NFL Draft choice at the end of his junior season, but chose to return to Florida for his senior season. At the SEC Media Days in July, Easley said his decision was heavily based on the fact that his mother wanted him to complete his college degree.

He was on schedule to graduate in the spring.

More on Easley and what his NFL future may hold.
