Despite the loss to Kentucky this past Saturday, Florida is still considered a No. 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament by two of the top bracket experts.

ESPN.com's Joe Lunardi and CBSSports.com's Jerry Palm both still have the Gators listed as No. 3 seed. After the UK loss Lunardi dropped the Gators from a No. 2 seed.

Lunardi has the Gators opening the tournament in Austin, Texas in his latest bracket predictions.

Palm has the Gators starting out in Dayton, Ohio in his lastest bracket predictions.

Whether the Gators have a chance to improve upon that projected seeding remains to be seen. Florida opens play at the SEC tournament on Friday, at 1 p.m., vs. the winner of Thursday's Georgia vs. LSU game.

Florida clinched the SEC regular season title, but has lost three of its last six games - all by six points or less and all on the road.
