Injury sidelines Gators' OL Tyler Moore

Florida RT Tyler Moore will miss today's game against Tennessee still nursing a sprained left ankle.

Moore, the Clearwater Countryside alum, injured the ankle late in the game at Miami. Florida coach Will Muschamp said earlier this week that if Moore had been needed last week he would not have been able to play. The Gators had a bye, which was supposed to allow Moore time to heal.

But the Gators announced early today that Moore would not be able to play today.

Also missing today's game are CB Marcus Roberson (knee) and RB Valdez Showers (ankle). Showers injured his ankle during practice on Wednesday.

Florida QB Jeff Driskel is wearing a knee brace on the left knee he sprained in the Miami game. Driskel said Monday that the knee was fine, but is in a brace as the Gators warm up in pregame.
