Still recovering from mono, Michael Frazier scores career high in Gators win over North Florida

Michael Frazier expected to get about 10 minutes of playing time Friday night in the Gators' season opener against North Florida.

But still battling the lingering effects of mononucleosis, and having missed more than a week of practice, Frazier scored a career-high 19 points and had nine rebounds in 24 minutes to help lead Florida to a 77-69 victory over North Florida.

Senior F Casey Prather also scored a career and team-high 28 points and had eight rebounds.
