The UF admissions countdown

Ok, we know it's really hard to get into UF and that it's like waiting on pins and needles to find out whether admissions folks decided you're smart enough to be a Gator, a member of the state's flagship.

But this Web site is kind of crazy.

Not sure who put this up, but it's essentially a one-page Web countdown to the time when would-be students can log in and find out whether they got in. (By the time some of you read this, the countdown to the admissions decisions, released tonight, will be over)

And then there's this chat board where students have been posting their anxieties and hopes for UF all day. Kind of makes us college graduate Gradebook posters glad we got into college when we did. Because it seems a lot harder and more stressful these days...
