FSU Prez stands up to BOG

Former House Speaker T.K. Wetherell, FSU president, has never been one to hold his tongue. The ongoing fight over who runs universities is no different.

In a letter to SUS chancellor Mark Rosenberg, Wetherell warns that a proposal the BOG will consider next week giving them a say in presidential selection and evaluations amounts to "undue interference."

Trustees chair Jim Smith, former secretary of state, spoke out against the proposal earlier this week. May the war continue ...
