Ammons: 'It was a grave oversight'

FAMU President James Ammons offered this written response over the weekend to recent stories about an unauthorized satellite campus that North Carolina Central University set up in a Georgia megachurch. Ammons was NCCU's chancellor before coming to FAMU.

A Raleigh News & Observer editorial says Ammons may have cut corners.
