Charter schools better for black students?

AUGUST 05, 2008

A new issue brief from the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools suggests they might be. And it cites evidence from Florida (go to page 3). The brief was co-written by the president of Black Alliance for Educational Options and an official with the much-heralded KIPP charters.
