Heide Janshon has made no secret of her concerns over issues affecting children in the Pasco County schools.
Initially active in the anti-Common Core movement, Janshon has become a leading voice in the local testing opt-out movement. She regularly encouraging families to step forward and share their concerns with district leaders, while frequently sending emails and otherwise shaking the trees on district matters.
Now she wants to extend parents' influence. One key is giving them a place to share their news and views.
