... Keisha Bell.
Bell, a St. Petersburg attorney, ran for the District 7 seat in 2010 and finished a strong third. She endorsed Williams for the general election. As with other applicants, we've asked Gov. Rick Scott's office for a copy of the application and we'll post it when we get it.
