'Chaos, hostile, abusive, fearful, non productive, and stressful'
As today's St. Petersburg Times story points out, the staff in the Pinellas school district's professional development department did not have kind words for their short-term and former boss, Janet Hernandez, who Superintendent Julie Janssen is now recommending be the director of dropout prevention. The Times story also noted the district hired an outside investigator to look into Hernandez's role in a filling out a district job application for Jerry Hernandez, her then partner and now husband. The investigator, St. Petersburg attorney Bruce P. Taylor, actually put together three reports over a six-week span in May and June. Read them here.
