That loud ruckus you hear on campus at USF in Tampa tomorrow won't be a real alarm, just a test, administrators want students and faculty to know.

The test of the MoBull Plus Emergency Communication System, developed to notify students, faculty and staff in the event of a life-threatening emergency on campus, will be conducted at 12 noon.
