Draft contract for Pinellas' potential interim superintendent

John Stewart, the man being considered for interim Pinellas superintendent, will not be entitled to apply for appointment as the new superintendent, according to a draft employment agreement the school board will consider Tuesday. The draft agreement also says Stewart will make $12,000 a month.

Board attorney Jim Robinson stressed that Stewart's appointment and contract terms are subject to board approval. The draft is attached below.
