Early returns show Williams ahead



Update: 7:46 p.m. - With 68 of 107 precincts reporting, Williams keeps lead, 52 percent to Jackson's 48 percent.


Election returns just started rolling in. Pinellas County School Board candidate Lew Williams appears to be ahead in the District 7 race with early and absentee voters. Williams is taking 53 percent compared with Jim Jackson's 47 percent. But it's still early. Stay tuned.
