Pinellas parents, here are two key sets of upcoming dates: Jan. 29 to Feb. 20 is the window for applying to magnet, fundamental and career academy programs for next school year. March 14-20 is the acceptance period.

Some choices are still up in the air, pending the school board's decision on Superintendent Janssen's student achievement/assignment plan. The final vote is Dec. 7.
