As Florida teachers continue to fight efforts to clip their unions, the battle over bargaining rights in Wisconsin stays red hot.

"Thousands of public workers may soon feel the effects of Wisconsin's new collective bargaining law, despite wide disagreement about whether it is in force and mounting legal challenges to its authority."

Still no word on where the legal battle over Florida's new law is headed. But worries are mounting that lawmakers, having gotten SB 736 through, are now angling to make even more changes for Florida teachers. More on that to come.
