Janssen to address Pinellas PTAs



Pinellas Superintendent Julie Janssen will be the featured speaker next Thursday at the January general meeting of the Pinellas County Council PTA/PTSA. According to a district press release, she'll be presenting a state-of-the-district update and answering questions about the new student achievement/assignment plan. The meeting is open to the public. The full release is below:

The public is invited to attend the January PCCPTA general meeting to be held Thursday, Jan. 20, 7 p.m. at Lakewood High, 1400 54th Ave. S, St. Petersburg. Featured guest speaker will be superintendent, Julie M. Janssen, Ed. D., who will present a mid-year state-of-the-district update and answer questions regarding the new student achievement plan. PTA and community members may also attend the hospitality and local unit networking time prior to the meeting at 6:15 p.m.
