Janssen on John Hopkins: 'We have to look systemically at what happened'
In the latest "PCS Journal" interview on the district's Web site, Pinellas superintendent Julie Janssen talks to Bay News 9's Al Ruechel about the arrests and other issues at John Hopkins Middle School. She says the school was given additional resources, but "perhaps the resources we gave them weren't doing everything they were supposed to do. Maybe it wasn't a good match. We have to look systemically at what happened, because the structure is there for success. But if each person isn't doing their job, then it doesn't work."
