Make that 8 applications for Lew Williams' seat
Two more people have applied for the Pinellas school board seat left vacant by Lew Williams, bringing the total to eight.
Gov. Rick Scott's office told us late Wednesday that Richard "Dick" Kane and Gerald "Jerry" Spilantro were the latest. We asked early Thursday for the applications; we'll post them when we get them.
