No ruling today on class size referendum
The No On 8 campaign is reporting on its Facebook page that Circuit Judge Charles Francis won't issue a decision today on whether to remove Amendment 8 from the Nov. 2 ballot.
The ruling could come by the end of the week, though. More as we hear (or read) it.
