The other voucher bill keeps moving



With all the ruckus over SB 6, there's not much of a spotlight on some other potentially far-reaching education bills. On a 6-2 party-line vote, the Senate PreK-12 committee passed SJR 2550 today, a proposed constitutional amendment that would create less separation between church and state and make vouchers less susceptible to constitutional challenge.
