jim_myers_small.jpgJim Myers, president and chief operating officer of Crown Automotive Group, has been named the new chairman of the Pinellas Education Foundation, the business-led nonprofit that raises money to benefit Pinellas classrooms and students.

He replaces Sembler Co. president Craig Sher, who will remain on the board. Sher headed the organization as it tackled administrative spending in its Savings for Classrooms report.
