In Pinellas, principals helping principals
The Pinellas County School District has started a principal mentorship program, matching first- and second-year principals with veteran principals and former principals. A note in the latest "Friday Update" newsletter to school board members says "details on what the mentorships will look like will be shared with board members as they develop." The list attached below shows the match ups.
