Clearwater, FL (August 2nd 2010) – The PINELLAS REALTOR® ORGANIZATION (PRO) today announced its candidate recommendations. All candidates were asked to complete a candidate profile form and were given the opportunity to meet with PRO’s five member candidate screening committee. The candidates were asked questions relating to their stance on Amendment 4, property taxes, and light rail. “In this economy it is especially important that all candidates understand both local and statewide issues and their impact on the local economy. All of the candidates running for office this year were qualified, however the selected candidate’s best understood these issues and how they affect the real estate and business community,” said Neil Allen Chairman of the Public Policy Committee.
