Pinellas School Board candidate Jackson goes live campaign commercial
Pinellas County school board candidate Jim Jackson went live Friday with a new campaign commercial touting his leadership and his 30-plus years experience as a college professor.
Campaign manager Steve Lapinski said the commercial cost $9,000 and began airing Friday morning on a host of Bright House cable channels.
Jackson, who is retired from Miami-Dade College, faces attorney Keisha Bell and retired school administrator Lew Williams in the race to fill the District 7 vacancy left by retiring two-term board member Mary Brown.
