Pinellas school board gives high marks to its attorney
The Pinellas County School Board generally likes the job general counsel Jim Robinson is doing, according to its latest evaluation of him.
On a 1-to-5 scale, Robinson earned average ratings of 4.0 to 4.57 in seven categories. The lowest: professionalism. The highest: knowledge of the law, knowledge of district practices and development of school board policy.
Board member Linda Lerner gave Robinson the highest score (straight 5's) while Carol Cook and Nina Hayden gave him the lowest (an average of 3.7). Hayden was the only member to give Robinson a score below 3 in any category - a 2 for professionalism.
