Principals are named at Freedom High, Mann Middle
That was fast!
Three weeks after promoting Freedom High School Principal coach Chris Farkas to principal coach, the Hillsborough County School Board on Tuesday named David Sheppard, assistant principal at Wharton High School, to replace him. It sometimes takes months to replace principals who are assuming leadership roles under the grant-funded Principal Pipeline project.
The board also named Barbara Fillhart to replace Nancy Trathowen, who is retiring as principal of Mann Middle School.
