Ruling on voucher amendments appealed
As expected, opponents of Amendments 7 and 9 filed an appeal today regarding this week’s circuit court ruling. And they’re asking that the case be immediately sent to the Florida Supreme Court, given its importance and the fact that the Nov. 4 election is only 12 weeks away.
