Three more local side agreements have surfaced as part of Florida's Race to the Top effort, bringing the total to 11.

The latest are from Alachua, Sumter and Okeechobee counties. They mimic most of the ones we've already told you about, from Broward, Duval, Polk, Lee, Marion, Hernando, Hendry and Hardee counties.

Alachua's may be the most interesting yet, because it was not on any of the four or five lists of potential side agreement districts we had run across.
