Student collapses because inhaler form not signed
Our friends on the Whoa, Momma parenting blog are disturbed by the news last week that a Volusia County school nurse refused to let a student use his asthma inhaler during an attack because his permission form wasn't signed. They ask: Rules are in place for a reason, but how do we re-authorize people to use common sense?
