Teacher? Or mayor? Kenneth City pol must pick

Zemaitis Teresa Zemaitis wants to be mayor of Kenneth City in Pinellas County. She also want to keep her day job teaching at Dixie Hollins High School.

Confronted by a city charter that forbids "public employees" -- yes, that includes teachers -- from serving as mayor, Zemaitis sued as she ran for office, just in case she won election.

Well, Zemaitis won at the ballot box but not in the courtroom. A circuit judge has ruled that the city charter is clear and unambiguous, and Zemaitis must choose -- teacher or mayor. Any advice?
