Let the college rankings season begin. Three of Florida's public universities are among the top 20 for bachelor's degrees awarded to Hispanic students, according to the May issue of Hispanic Outlook in Higher Education. The magazine put FIU in Miami at No. 1, with 2,903 degrees in 2006. UF was at No. 12 with 1,009 degrees, and UCF took the No. 13 slot with 925 degrees awarded. Click here to see the lists.
