Troy administrator drops out of SPC prez search
Richard Federinko, an administrator at Troy University in Alabama, withdrew from the St. Petersburg College presidential search over the weekend, SPC officials said.
That leaves eight semifinalists hoping to replace retired president Carl Kuttler.
