Two businessmen named to USF board of trustees
Gov. Charlie Crist has appointed two businessmen to the University of South Florida board of trustees.
Jordan B. Zimmerman, 54, of Boca Raton, the founder and chairman of Zimmerman Advertising, was named to succeed Kiran Patel.
Byron E. Shinn, 52, of Bradenton, an accountant and president of Shinn & Company, would succeed Sonja Garcia.
If confirmed by the Senate, both would serve terms that end in January 2015.
