Bilde_2 After three years of trying, Cape Coral mom Debbie Johnston finally got Florida lawmakers to approve "Jeff's Law," which requires school districts to create tough antibullying policies. Now she's taking her activism on the road.

And you can get some tips from her at 2 p.m. on Sept. 25.

That's when Johnston will "speak" during a free hourlong Web seminar about cyber-bullying and Internet safety. All you have to do is sign up at and then tune in at the scheduled time.
