Weather affects some, but not all, Tampa area summer school programs

Tropical Storm Debby's wet and windy weather has prompted the Pinellas school district to cancel all summer programs for students on Monday. All staff are still expected to report to work.

The Pasco school district will operate its summer programs as normal, except its PEACE science camp, which will be rescheduled. Students will be granted excused absences if they choose to remain home. If parents have questions or problems about transportation, they may call 727-774-0400, 813-794-0400 or 352-524-0400.
