Pinellas schools class size violations: The documents



As we reported Tuesday, the Florida Department of Education Office of Inspector General determined that the Pinellas school district hired substitute teachers in 2014 to temporarily lower student-teacher ratios during the state's annual student count.

District officials have long defended their practices, first uncovered in October 2014, and they continued to do so this week in the face of the state findings.
