Chris Brown isn't the only one getting out of trouble in court this week. Rapper 50 Cent struck a deal in his domestic violence case, kicking the main charge and copping a plea for misdemeanor vandalism. That's right, no more threat of jail for Fiddy!

Curtis Jackson was initially ordered to stay away from Daphne Joy, the mother of his second child, and had to turn in his firearms after a fight in June. He allegedly kicked Joy and did $7,100 in damage to her property, resulting in a domestic abuse charge and four counts of vandalism. TMZ said the deal he struck led to his no contest plea to only one count Monday, resulting in a sentence of three years probation and 30 days of community service.

The site says he'll also have to pay restitution costs and attend counseling, and the restraining order is still in effect. But no, seriously you guys, does he get to have his semiautomatic weapons back?
