Alleged stalker arrested after living at Jennifer Lopez's house
Police have arrested a man who was allegedly stalking Jennifer Lopez by spending days living at her mansion in the Hamptons while she wasn't there. Needless to say, it doesn't look like he got to meet her.
Southampton police arrested John M. Dubis, a 49-year-old man who apparently just moved right in to Jenny's $10 million manse at the beginning of August, the New York Post reports. He wandered the three-acre grounds out in the open, in plain view of neighbors. The guy even posted photos of him at the house on Facebook and did unspeakable things in the yard. What things? Let's just say a source told the Post Dubis wanted to "spread his seed throughout the world."
Police caught him at the 8,500-square-foot house on Aug. 8, when he at first claimed to be J.Lo's husband. Lopez wasn't at the property at any time. The big question is why it took so long to nab him, even while private security guards patrolled the grounds. Maybe they were busy keeping up with J.Lo's American Idol negotiations.
