Amanda Bynes heads to court hearing in a bright blue wig
The ongoing oddity that is Amanda Bynes' legal troubles continued Tuesday, with the former child star wearing a wig dyed blue to her court hearing in New York. We don't know what else we should suspect of someone accused of throwing a bong out of a high-rise.
According to the New York Daily News, the 22-year-old talked to herself during the routine hearing in Manhattan Criminal Court, for which she dressed in her finest: Sweat pants, an Alvin Ailey tank top and some Air Jordans. The paper took great care in noted the wig was actually blond, but colored "aquamarine."
Bynes faces charges of reckless endangerment, attempted tampering with physical evidence and weed possession. No plea deal was offered by prosecutors at the hearing, the paper notes, and Judge Diana Boyar told Bynes' lawyers to file their motions in the future. She was ordered back to court on Sept. 26, meaning we have the rest of the summer to watch the girl fall apart.
