Amber Tamblyn cast as Charlie Harper's daughter in 'Two And a Half Men'
CBS finally has found Charlie Sheen's long-lost lesbian daughter! And just in time to replace his nephew, who's gotten fed up with that beach house they all lived in together.
Yes, Two And a Half Men has finished casting its latest addition, giving House's Amber Tamblyn a shot as the offspring of Sheen's late character, Charlie Harper. TVLine's Michael Ausiello broke the news that Jenny will move to L.A. from New York for the Sept. 26 season premiere.
“She’s somewhat of a chip off the old block,” show creator Chuck Lorre said of the character. “She’s having a good time and doesn’t care about the destruction left behind her. Decadence from the other side felt long overdue.”
So far Jon Cryer and Ashton Kutcher will have at least five episodes with Tamblyn searching for an acting career, with the possibility she could become a full-time replacement for Angus T. Jones. After he stormed off the show, it's pretty unlikely he's coming back, in any event.
