ABC won't press charges against Chris Brown for smashing window for no reason
It looks like Chris Brown didn't break his probation when he broke that window while throwing a temper tantrum in his dressing room after his Tuesday interview on Good Morning America. But that's only because ABC has decided not to press charges. Time to shout yeah three times, Breezy.
TMZ reports the NYPD won't be investigating the incident, which apparently left glass showering onto people on the street below the GMA studio, because there's no complaining victim. And since there's no complaining victim, there's no vandalism charge. And no vandalism charge, well, that's no probation violation. Everyone's a winner!
The site says there's still no word on whether Chris will pay for the window, but we think ABC should at least demand that. Just asking him to come back for another interview after he reacted like a rampaging beast following Robin Roberts' major-league softballs about Rihanna simply doesn't seem like the right response here.
