Adele says ex-boyfriend wants a cut from '19' royalties
You want the definition of chutzpah? Adele's ex-boyfriend apparently has been harassing the singer for a cut of the royalties as payment for inspiring all those heart-breaking, man-hating lyrics on her album 19. We may now be seeing why she wanted him out of her life to begin with.
"For about a week he was calling and was deadly serious about it," the Brit says about the unnamed lad, according to the U.K.'s Sun. "Finally, I said, 'Well, you made my life hell, so I lived it and now I deserve it.' He really thought he'd had some input into the creative process by being a p----. I'll give him this credit -- he made me an adult and put me on the road that I'm travelling."
See, giving him credit of any kind is your first mistake, sweetie. But it is nice to know you didn't fork any cash over to this nimrod.
