Alison Pill accidentally tweets her own topless photo
An inability to press the right button on a smartphone left actress Alison Pill feeling pretty dumb on Wednesday, because the 26-year-old Newsroom actress accidentally tweeted a topless photo of herself to more than 13,000 Twitter followers. Sure, you can see it for yourself just by watching 2004's Dear Wendy, but this is just embarassing.
Popular speculation is that she meant to send it to actor fiance Jay Baruchel, but the Scott Pilgrim vs. The World star tweeted an explanation herself later in the day -- after deleting the photo, of course (we're obviously not going to show it to you here). "Yep. That picture happened," she wrote via @msalisonpill. "Ugh. My tech issues have now reached new heights, apparently. How a deletion turned into a tweet... Apologies."
That's understandable, of course, because those touch screens do put the "tweet" and "delete" buttons very close together. The low-tech solution is simple enough, though: Don't take freakin' naked photos of yourself!!! Have you celebrities learned nothing after all this time?!?
