Amanda Bynes faces charges
A year in jail? That doesn’t sound like it’d be All That. But it’s what Amanda Bynes faces now that she’s been charged in two hit-and-run accidents in April and August.
The L.A. Times says Bynes was charged Wednesday for both accidents, the most recent of which occurred Aug. 4 when she allegedly rear-ended another vehicle, got out, proclaimed there to be no damage and continued on her merry way.
LAPD Lt. Andrew Nieman said the woman’s car had about $800 in damage, and Bynes didn’t bother to exchange insurance info. Plus, she still faces a DUI charge after allegedly striking an L.A. County Sheriff’s cruiser in April.
TMZ reports the California DMV has suspended her license. So for a while, it appears drivers in Southern California can breathe easy.
