Surprise, surprise ... the U.K.’s Sun is saying that Rehab singer Amy Winehouse didn’t actually collapse from exhaustion this week (in yesterday’s Juice*), but rather from a massive drug overdose.

Witnesses tell the tabloid that husband Blake Fielder-Civil and an unidentified girl dragged the 23-year-old’s limp, bony body through a hospital at 1 a.m. Wednesday en route to the emergency ward, where she collapsed in a heap at the check-in desk.

“The bloke was holding her up because she couldn’t really stand on her own,” a source says. “Her girlfriend was doing all the talking and the receptionist seemed to be listening very carefully. That’s when I realized Amy must have been really ill because although there was a big crowd of people in the waiting area, she was rushed straight through.”

That adds to the legendary nickname the Sun has coined: Amy Declinehouse.
